1. Services We Provide

Butcher Bytes LLC, doing business as We Suck Pipes, provides professional AC drain line cleaning for residential customers in Florida. Our service is focused on cleaning the AC condensate drain line to help remove sludge, algae, and buildup and restore proper drainage.

Our service is not a full HVAC system repair, refrigerant service, electrical diagnosis, or general air conditioning repair unless separately agreed in writing. If your system has problems beyond drain line cleaning, you may need a licensed HVAC repair provider.

2. Eligibility and Service Area

Our services are intended for Florida homeowners or authorized occupants scheduling service at a residential property. You agree to provide accurate contact information, service address, and scheduling details. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service outside our service area, for safety reasons, or when required equipment or access is not available.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through online booking tools linked from our website (including LeadConnector and similar scheduling widgets). A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it and/or you receive a confirmation by email or text. You are responsible for providing safe access to the AC drain line service location at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as early as possible using the instructions in your confirmation message or by contacting booking@wesuckpipes.com. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees if disclosed at the time of booking or in your appointment confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking or in a written promotion, the standard AC drain line cleaning price shown on our website is $197 for the described service. Promotional pricing offered through advertisements, lead forms, or limited-time offers may differ; the price presented to you at the time you request or book service controls for that transaction.

Payment terms (including when payment is due and accepted payment methods) will be communicated at booking or at the time of service. Taxes, fees, or additional charges for work outside the scope of standard drain line cleaning will be disclosed before they are incurred where practicable.

5. Service Results and Limitations

Drain line cleaning helps reduce the risk of clogs, float switch shutdowns, and overflow caused by buildup in the drain line. Results depend on the condition of your system, prior maintenance, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that cleaning will prevent all future clogs, leaks, water damage, or system shutdowns.

If our technician identifies issues beyond the scope of drain line cleaning, we may recommend additional work or referral to another qualified provider. Additional services are not included unless you approve them.

6. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use our content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Website content, branding, text, graphics, and layout are owned by Butcher Bytes LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Communications and Text Messages

By providing your phone number through our website, a Meta lead form, Calendly, or direct contact, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from us about your inquiry, appointment, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help or email booking@wesuckpipes.com. Opting out of promotional texts does not affect messages necessary to complete a service you have requested where permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services
